Always Putting Tenants First
As a former Augustana College student, I know first hand about the hardships that students face when trying to find quality off-campus housing. My goal is to provide students with exceptional living conditions, not just average housing. I always put my tenants first by working closely with the City of Rock Island and Augustana College. I strive to make sure all of my houses always meet rental code and are above standard.
